POSITION SPECIFICATION:
GROUP I.T. DIVISION
Financial Consultant (One Post)
The key responsibilities of the Financial Functional Consultant are to:
- Work closely with functional groups to assimilate business processes and requirements
- Convert knowledge of business processes into implementation design and ERP process configurations
- Provide inputs and suggestions to the implementation consultants to deploy business policies
- Identify gaps / issues in current processes and promote leading practices
- Identify means to improve business processes to promote better efficiency / productivity
- Provide test data and assist in the functionality testing process
- Coordinate with other consultants to ensure synchronization of business requirements
- User Training
- Configuration and setups of the system, user access rights management
- Coordinate with the end users and technical team for the new developments
- Provide ongoing trainings to users
Key Skills required:
- Having strong domain experience with commercial background
- Detailed functional knowledge of business processes
- Involved in at least 2 to 3 Oracle E-Business Financials applications implementations cycle
- Knowledge of ERP solution capabilities and business process configurations
Technical Consultant - Developer (Two posts)
The key responsibilities of the Technical Consultant (Developers) are to:
- Install, configure and upgrade ERP applications, database software and apply patches whenever required
- Understanding Current Applications, Database Structures and Internals.
- Understanding Business Processes . E.g. Sales Order Processing, Invoicing, Stores Processes, etc.
- Analyzing user requirements and documenting the same.
- Software development and customization and creation of RICE Elements using oracle technology tools
- Source Control Procedure, Versioning.
- User Training.
- Application implementations and support related work.
Key Skills required:
- Having at least 2 to 3 years of experience working in development of forms/reports for Oracle E-Business applications
- Complete understanding of the Oracle Database architecture, related utilities and tools
- Experience in developing Forms / Reports using Oracle Technology tools, Toad, OBIEE etc.
- Complete understanding of the underlying operating systems Linux, Windows Server
- Complete understanding of the business processes
- Appropriate certification – preferable

MANAGER-INTERNAL AUDIT
Responsible for financial, operational, management and IT audit of companies within the Group. Candidate should be able to prepare Internal Audit plan, carry out audits, supervise subordinates, discuss reports and deliver value added audit reports and recommendations in line with professional practice of internal auditing and the IIA standards.
The position requires one who can work hands on; sensitive to the multi-cultural environment and able to adapt to a rapidly growing organization. He should possess a high degree of independent initiative and oriented towards pursuing an agenda
Post Graduate degree &/or professional accounting qualification, certifications like CIA, CISA with good ability to communicate, a good business sense and high professional and personal ethics required.
Experience around 5 – 10 years and this position will report to Group Internal Auditor
