CCM Services serves both private & Public Sector clients including Qatar Petroleum Ashgal Kahramaa Occidental Petroleum of Qatar etc. It became a subsidiary of Teyseer Air conditioning & RefrigerationÃÂ Company in 1984 and both companies work closely in handling turn-key projects for electrical/mechanical and air-conditioning installations.
OBJECTIVES
- To ensure Client satisfaction.
- To ensure that all procured materials and equipments meet the specification and contract requirements.
- To ensure that all facilities are installed, tested and commissioned in accordance with the contract requirements.
- To define what is to be done, how it is to be done, when and by whom and the specific relationships among project parties.
- To ensure all specifications meet all applicable standards and contract requirements.
- To prevent the occurrence of non-conformities.
- Quality : Conformance to defined requirements.
- Quality Control : The operational techniques and activities to fulfil requirements for quality.
- Qaulity Assurance : All those planned and systematic actions which are necessary to provide adequate confidence that a product or service shall satisfy given requirements of quality.
- Procedure for documentation and control of project plans.
- Guide line for work instruction development and control.
- Procedures for construction and commissioning document control.
- Procedure for the project construction documents.
- The responsibility for the monitoring,acuurately and timely reporting on the progress of Client Project.
- The responsibility for ensuring that the designs meet all contract code ,regularly requirements for safety reliability and operability and that all engineering activities are performed in accordance with the engineering plan

Procurement By Contractor
The responsibility for the procurement of major materials and equipments which comply with the specifications, cost and contract requirements. -
Material Control

* All material will be identifiable and traceable through all phases of fabrication and installation.Material found non-conforming to speciifed requirements shall be segregated and labelled accordingly. -
Construction
CCM is responsible for the fabrication and installation of materials and equipment in accordance with the contract and approved project schedule, specifications and construction quality plan - Inspection and testing will be carried out on quality activities to ensure contract requirements. Competent inspectors at the specified activity shall perform inspection and testing. Results of inspection and testing shall be recorded in Performa forms duly signed and dated by both CCM and client respective. Materials and equipment that have passed the required inspection and meet the contracts requirement shall be used. Documents to be implemented to address the following elements of quality system for commissioning activities.
- Co-ordination of commissioning and site acceptance activities.
- Preparation, Verification and approval of commissioning and site acceptance check list and reports.
- Liason with the construction contractor and Clients operations in the performances of commissioning activities.

Safety
The responsibility for ensuring the necessary commitments are made and maintained to protect health and safety of employees and other persons working on the project with the safety officer. -
Servicing & Warranty
Preventive Maintenance and service of equipment during the construction phase will be in accordance to the manufacturers specific requirements. Maintenance of the contract carried out and other facilities during the warranty period shall be in accordance with the contract requirements.
