01. FLUOR OPERATION & MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Camp Description:	Accomodation Camp of 6,000 at peak
Scope of Work:	Administration & Camp Management, Access Control Badging System for Camp & Worksite, Housekeeping & Laundry Services, Janitorial Services, Accommodation & Common Buildings Maintenance, Power Generation and Distribution, Potable Water System & Distribution, Maintenance of Swimming Pools, Recreation Activities, operation of First Aid Facilities, Security Guarding Services and supply of all soft furnishings.

02. CTJV OPERATOIN & MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Project :	RGX-6 Project
Project Owner :	RasGas
Main Contractor :	Chiyoda/Technip JV
Location :	Ras Laffan
Duration :	38 Months
Camp Description :	CTJV Accommodation Camp (seniors) of 850 & Sub-Contractor’s Camp of 13,000 workers.
Scope of Work :	Administration & Camp Management, Management of Sub-Contractors Camp, Mail Management, Housekeeping & Laundry Services, Janitorial Services, Waste Management & Disposal, Camp Infrastructure Maintenance, Power Generation and Distribution, Potable Water System & Distribution, Maintenance of Swimming Pools, Maintenance of Fire Alarm System, Recreation Activities and operation of First Aid Facilities. In addition to the above mentioned services, we are providing the following services to CTJV’s Site Office & Satellite Locations at the Work Site. Power Generation & Distribution, Potable Water System & Distribution, Sanitary Waste Water Removal, Office Cleaning Services and Tea boy/Coffee boy Services.

03. FLUOR SECURITY GUARDING SERVICES

Location :	Ras Laffan
Duration :	30 Months
Scope of Work :	Security Guarding Services at the Worksite, Patrolling Services, Management of Badging Centre and Traffic Management. Our Security Guards strength will be 50 at the Peak.

04. CTJV SECURITY GUARDING SERVICES

Project :	RGX-6 Project & QG-II Project
Project Owner :	RasGas & Qatargas
Main Contractor :	Chiyoda/Technip JV
Location :	Ras Laffan
Duration :	36 Months
Scope of Work :	Security Guarding Services at the Worksite, Patrolling Services and Traffic Management. Our Security Guards strength will be 108 Guards for RGX-6 Project & 100 Guards for QG-II Project at the Peak.

05. PUNJ LLOYD ACCOMMODATION CAMP

Project :	NDIA (New Doha International Airport Project)
Project Owner:	NDIA / BECHTEL
Main Contractor :	Overseas Bechtel / Punj Lloyd
Location :	Doha – New Airport Project Site
Duration:	24 Months
Project :	RGX-6 Project & QG-II Project
Camp Description :	Accommodation Camp consists of Seniors, Juniors & Workers. A total of 600 at peak.
Scope of Work :	Catering, Housekeeping & Laundry Services, Provision of Heavy Kitchen Equipments, Waste Management & Disposal, Security Guarding Services.

06. WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT OPERATION

Project :	Qatargas-II & Laffan Refinery
Project Owner :	Qatargas
Project :	RGX-6 Project & QG-II Project
Main Contractor :	Qatar Petroleum / Ras Laffan Industrial City
Location :	Ras Laffan
Duration :	36 Months
Scope of Work :	Operation and Maintenance of two Sewage Treatment Plants and Potable Water Tanker Filling Stations at Ras Laffan.

07. ENSCO RIG-84

Project Owner :	Maersk
Location :	Qatar – Offshore
Duration :	36 Months
	After the evaluation of our performance at ENSCO Rig-88 by the ENSCO Management, it has been decided to award the Catering Contract at ENSCO Rig-84 to Teyseer Services Company without an open Tender. We have mobilized the Rig at Sharjah and she is on her way to Qatar.

08. Western-Geco / Schlumberger Seismic Project

Scope of Work :

Catering, Housekeeping & Laundry Services at the mobile accommodation camp of WesternGeco at Dukhan onshore field for a crew of 250 employees.
