An independent materials testing laboratory for soil, concrete, asphalt and aggregates. It provides a battery of quality control tests to the construction sector, for both public and private building, road and earthwork projects. Among its many accreditations are full approvals and authorisations from the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and the Qatar General Organisation for Standards and Metrology. It is also approved by the Supreme Council for the Environment and Natural Resources (SCENR) to own, store and use nuclear gauges for testing earth and road works.
